I was a bit hesitant to have a facial as i haven't done this in years! But my partner recommended me to do it in Queen's-Burjuman cause she's a regular customer here, and I must say, it's the best decision ever! My therapist, Ms. Louise done a very good job. She's very accommodating and friendly, she made me feel comfortable during the entire procedure. She also shares some tips on how i can better take care of my skin and recommended other procedures that are suitable for my skin. The other staff such as the receptionist (i forgot to get her name) is friendly as well. As a whole, this clinic has a positive and friendly vibe.
