Very nice experience at home with Pulse medical center. Tests communicated very quickly, in less than 24 hours for a gold package. Very efficient and professional. I strongly recommend.
Yesterday I got an appointment for at home collection from 5:00pm to 6:00pm.from 10 hours I have fasting.No one contacted me till 5:00 and later no one answered my message or picked up my phone. Worst center, the worst dealings, and the worst customer service. It is impossible for a center to exist that does not deserve a quarter of a star. I would not suggest anyone to get a blood test done from this centre. You have to save yourself from this. They are cheating people. I am currently complaining to the Dubai health authority.
