I recently visited this hospital and had a very positive experience with the director he was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately, my overall impression was affected by the behavior of the reception staff, cashiers, and nurses. They were not welcoming or friendly, and I felt like they were in a rush and not interested in helping. Despite the great care from the doctor, the lack of professionalism and warmth from the rest of the staff made my visit uncomfortable. Sadly, I don't think I'll return because of this experience.
