The doctors, nurses, front desk, cashiers and pharmacists are amazing and friendly. We always have a pleasant visit EXCEPT for todayu2019s horrible experience. My 6 yr old son was in laboratory hysterically crying as he has phobia of needles. The lab techs were very patient and helpful and even other patients who were waiting were extremely understanding and empathetic. My husband was waiting outside when an arabic lady who didnt even introduce herself as a staff told my husband u201cwhy are you standing at the lobby?u201d My husbnad explained the situation and said that my wife is inside trying to keep my son calm. u201c she replied u201c why cant you control the sitiation? go and helpu201d in an irritating tone.nMy husband said its ok my wife will manage. u201cShe turned her back and exclaimed u201cok its your problem! I dont careu201d i went out and heard this and told her. u201cMaam we are trying to control the situation, but he is a kid and scared, give us sometimeu201d i came to know from the lab techs that she is the customer service personnel. She followed me even inside the lab in front tof my son and other patients continued to argued with me and even went to other patients and discussed about us. its unbelievable how could this be a u201cpatient careu201d standard of the institution when the parents of a sick child who was aready undergoing stress at that moment got confronted and embarrassed, threatened by the patient care staff who was supposed to assist and help the patients feel better.nHow could a patient care staff continued the commotion instead of calming the situation, in front of a scared and sick kid who was already trembling of fear?nThe branch manager finally came out and took me into the office which by the way the lady patient care could have done in the first place instead of raising her voice in front of other patients. While we were walking, she was following behind us while saying u201c i am from this country, and you will see what i will do with youu201dnWe came to this clinic today to get an answer and treat my sonu2019s condition but we were treated with humiliation and threat.nWe hope the top management could look into this matter. Everything was good until my last visit. But during my last visit, i had a bad experience. Despite bringing a referral letter from my company doctor under industrial injury insurance, prime staff rejected the physiotherapy request just because am not a patient of ortho doctor from prime clinic. There was a huge misunderstanding between me and the staff i spoke. I tried my level best to convince her, but she wasn't ready. I had to complaint to my company and follow up fro 5 days. After 5 days, Mr Khalid called me and apologized for whatever happened and asked me to come to the clinic on the next day. He was no nice and dealt my case in a much easier way.

Visited couple of prime medical center across Sharjah and I didn't find anybody most welcoming than the one in kind faisal road. Their ground staff, registration process and accounts team are very good. Visited internal medicine Dr. Ramachandran Valarmathi, she is simple superb and knows what exactly to be diagnosed the patients and treat them well.
I would like to share my experience on consulting the general surgeon doctor, Dr Ameer Kadhum, he is amazing Doctor and did the surgery very smooth and easy and the way he talk is so soothing and calming, hope all Dr are like him, also would like to compliment her nurse Priya for good assisting. Two thumbs up. Highly recommended
