Their service is excellent, and you won't have to wait long. The staff and nurses are all polite and kind, especially the Filipinos--they're very attentive and caring. That's why I always choose the Jumeirah branch.

Visited for the first time at Prime Hospital Jumeirah and the service was just amazing, The Reception you will receive and perhaps forget that you are in hospital. Abdallah at the reception was so exception making me feel well taken care before my appointment with ENT Dr. Sumaya. I will definately recommend this for anyone around friends and families. Clean and not crowded.
This branch has an amazing superb, kind staff everyone is very helpful in my needs, to mention Nurse Lady Dyne she is so very polite, helpful, approachable and always smiling making me feel calmed in every test I need to do. And so the great expertise of Dr. Amala in updating my current condition. She's always there when I need her even out of her clinic so approachable doctor. Her encouragements make me feel at ease. I would like to express my gratitude also to Dr. Rehab for doing a smooth ultrasound. Overall, had a great experience from the staffs to the doctors unto the facilities always keep coming back here whenever I'm feel unwell.
