Had a very disappointing experience with this center! We've been told to keep on waiting for nothing with different lies from the nurses. It took them 3 days just to process my insurance claims when it was supposed to be done within 1-2 hours. I've already recovered when they called me that the insurance have been approved. What a joke! All my previous visits were good. First time to experience this disappointment with them.
I visited the clinic for the first time last Sunday, also today and I was impressed by the facility, especially by Dr. Des, the pediatrician. She was very approachable and gentle with my baby, along with her assistant nurse. I will definitely recommend Prime Medical Center to my friends and family.
I have visiting this center for more than 4 years. They have the best doctor especially Doc. Cristina (OB gyne) and staffs receptionist area. “Judith and Jenelyn” are very helpful and approachable either. The way they treated the customer was so professional. Thank you for giving us a 100% customer service. Beautiful atmosphere, all facilities are well cleaned 👌
