Dr. Amro promptly diagnosed the issue and performed a procedure to drain the pus. It was indeed a painful process but thanks to his professionalism and skill, he managed it with minimal discomfort. His calm communication and efforts to distract me from the pain truly stood out. He ensured the procedure was as smooth as possible and followed up with care and attention in my subsequent visits. nI also want to thank Ms. Mary, who assisted throughout the procedure and provided excellent post-care support.
