I made appointment by 1pm with my Prime App and later I received a call from their customer service to confirm my appointment. The doctor's schedule was 12:30pm onwards. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and got attended after 1 hour passed. There are 2 walk ins as well before me and they got priority before me as well. Then it is better to come here as a walked in patient since booking an appointment is useless as priority will be given to walk in patients. Just get a number token immediately upon entering as no one will assist you as well. Dr. Dennis Jayson is very attentive and helpful towards investigating my previous and current symptoms. He is clear on explaining his concerns and tests required. He definitely made me feel better and being consulted by Dr. Dennis Jayson is worth the very very long wait.
