Prime Medical Center Al Nahda Sharjah is one the bests i must say. Specially their Cardiology Department amazing! I am really thankful to Cardiologist Dr Rayyan and the whole team is super friendly and really know what they're doing. They explain everything in a way that's easy to understand and make you feel comfortable. nI had taken my mother to prime on emergency with serious heart and breathing issue. The way they managed her condition and made her stable is really applaudable. They were always there for my mother until she was transferred to the hospital for further management. They were the one who managed to even search for a hospital for her admission. I appreciate their quick approach to handle the emergency. Il always be thankful to them. The whole process, from check-in to consultation, is smooth and quick. Everyone there, from nurses to reception, is so kind and welcoming. They even gave me discounts understanding my finance side. Honestly, I'd recommend them to anyone looking for great heart care!

Excellent care and hospitality. I was recommended by a friend to visit Prime as my lower back ache and leg pain did not seem to go for over 3 months. I'm glad I made this change and Dr. Avinash was accurate with his diagnosis and the physiotherapist, Ms. Sabina's treatment is commendable. Both of them have explained every thing in detail and brought a lot of clarity in my condition. Now I feel so much better with their treatment and hospitality. Keep up the good work.

Appointments are relatively smooth, and the overall medical services are reliable and professional. nHowever, the pharmacy experience is a serious letdown. I took a token at 13:17 and only reached the counter by 13:52--a 35-minute wait just to submit the token. After that, the process of insurance approval adds further delays, turning what should be a quick pickup into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. nFor a center known for efficiency in other areas, this is unacceptable and needs immediate attention. The management must reassess the pharmacy workflow, improve staff allocation, or digitize parts of the process to enhance speed and reduce patient wait time. nGreat doctors and services, but the pharmacy process brings down the overall experience.
