Excellent care and hospitality. I was recommended by a friend to visit Prime as my lower back ache and leg pain did not seem to go for over 3 months. I'm glad I made this change and Dr. Avinash was accurate with his diagnosis and the physiotherapist, Ms. Sabina's treatment is commendable. Both of them have explained every thing in detail and brought a lot of clarity in my condition. Now I feel so much better with their treatment and hospitality. Keep up the good work.

Unprofessional Behavior by Front Desk Staff Fayiz (counter 4) - Needs AttentionnnI had a radiology appointment scheduled at 4:00 p.m. and informed the radiology team that I would be slightly late. I arrived at the clinic around 4:07 p.m., took a token for registration at Counter 1, and completed the registration process. I was then asked to wait in line for billing. nWhile I was still on a call with the Radiology Department, they informed me that the doctor was waiting and I needed to get the billing expedited. I requested the person ahead of me in the queue if I could speak to the billing counter, and he kindly allowed me to go ahead. nI approached Counter 4 and explained the situation to Mr. Fayiz, letting him know that the doctor was waiting and that this needed to be treated as an urgent case. Unfortunately, he ignored my request completely. I waited until Counter 3 was available and explained the urgency and delay in attending. nShockingly, Mr. Faiz then barged into the conversation and sarcastically questioned me, u201cSo, have you been waiting 40 minutes?u201d I was happy to explain, but his tone and approach were completely inappropriate. I then asked him for his name, and in response, he got visibly angry, removed his name badge in front of me, and said he would not give me his name. As a patient who came for a scheduled medical appointment, this was a shocking and disappointing experience. nWe come to hospitals for care and support--not to be spoken to rudely or dismissed by front office staff. I've been visiting Prime for the past 3-4 years and have always had a good experience, but this was by far the worst service I've received. nMr. Faiz clearly lacks basic customer service skills and needs urgent training on how to treat patients with empathy, respect, and professionalism. I sincerely hope Prime Hospital takes this feedback seriously. nI've been visiting Prime for the past 3-4 years and have always had a positive experience until now. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service interactions I've encountered. I hope Prime takes this feedback seriously. Fayiz needs proper training in customer service and patient interaction. Respect, empathy, and professionalism are essential when dealing with patients.

Appointments are relatively smooth, and the overall medical services are reliable and professional. nHowever, the pharmacy experience is a serious letdown. I took a token at 13:17 and only reached the counter by 13:52--a 35-minute wait just to submit the token. After that, the process of insurance approval adds further delays, turning what should be a quick pickup into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. nFor a center known for efficiency in other areas, this is unacceptable and needs immediate attention. The management must reassess the pharmacy workflow, improve staff allocation, or digitize parts of the process to enhance speed and reduce patient wait time. nGreat doctors and services, but the pharmacy process brings down the overall experience.
