The nurses, Aaron and Simi, were both professional and knowledgeable, they took the time to explain what the test was for, why it was needed, and how it would be conducted. Their friendly and reassuring approach made the experience smooth and comfortable. nOverall, I had a very positive experience, and I highly appreciate their expertise and care.
