Very Disappointed with the Service at Prime Medical Center - Al Qusais BranchnnI'm very disappointed with the treatment we received at Prime Medical Center, Al Qusais branch. We traveled from far to see a doctor, only to be met with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the admin staff, Mr. Khalid. As his duty time was ending, he was in a hurry to leave and made no effort to assist us. Instead of helping, he told us that our insurance portal was suddenly not working - which felt like an excuse to avoid registering us. It was oddly convenient and seemed dishonest. nTo make things worse, the nurse also refused to register us, giving multiple excuses without any clear explanation or empathy. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients come in need of care, respect, and support. nWe didn't expect such a frustrating and disappointing experience from a reputed clinic. I hope the management takes this seriously and works to improve the attitude and accountability of their staff. Patients deserve better. This was my 1st visit to the clinic and will be the last visit as well .
I visited the clinic today 14th June and while the service was generally fine, I was quite surprised by one concerning issue. The nurse who took my vital signs had noticeable body odour. This is unexpected, especially in a healthcare facility where cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority. nI strongly suggest that the clinic consider reinforcing hygiene training among staff. Personal hygiene is not only a matter of professionalism but also essential in maintaining the standards expected in medical environments. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback to ensure better experiences for all patients.
