I want to highly appreciate Dr. M Bilal at this clinic. I had done my 6D Emax German veneers, and Dr. M Bilal was very friendly. The staff are well-educated and provided the best customer service. I'm impressed with the great quality - they have advanced technology machines for polishing, cleaning, and adjusting teeth, so you won't feel any pain. I highly recommend this clinic to everybody! Dr. M Bilal expertise and care truly made my experience exceptional. His attention to detail and commitment to patient satisfaction are truly commendable. He takes his time to explain everything, making sure you are comfortable and informed throughout the process. Dr. Bilal is definitely a master of his craft.Five stars isn't enough 👍 I am so happy with my results because I can't stop my smiling and I'll definitely be back for more .

I would always recommend everyone to visit deira branch of prestige smile and go for Dr.Bilal, what an amazing doctor. Great personality very good and knowledgeable about his job. He knows what his doing. U don’t have to worry about anything when Dr.Bilal is there since he is very helpful and respectful as well. Very good at communicating in any language English or Arabic. I did not knew what to go for so I asked for Dr.Bilal’s suggestion and whatever he suggests it’s the best.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience I had a very bad experience with this beauty salon and I do NOT recommend it. First, I contacted the call center and clearly explained what I wanted. I was told that two injections would be enough, so I booked and traveled from another emirate based on this information. When I arrived, the doctor did the consultation together with a marketing staff, and I was pushed to do five injections instead of two. They promised me that with five injections I would get the exact result I wanted. I even showed them a photo from their own Instagram page (their own work), and they confirmed clearly that this result could be achieved with five injections. I trusted them and paid for five injections. After the service, I noticed there was no visible difference at all, and the result was nothing close to what they promised. I contacted them multiple times by WhatsApp and phone, sent before-and-after photos showing there is no difference, but no one replied. I called the call center again, and only after several days someone contacted me claiming to be the branch manager. She said she would get back to me — and then completely ignored me. Until now, there has been no solution, no explanation, and no accountability. This experience feels like misleading the client, pressure selling, and false promises, followed by very poor customer service and zero responsibility once payment is taken. I highly recommend this clinic. My experience was excellent; the staff are well-organized and professional, and both the reception and management are outstanding. The dermatologist was amazing, especially in lip filler treatment. I strongly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for comprehensive services with great quality and reasonable prices.
