It's my second week with Prep and Co and I'm loving it! Great and huge selection of meals every week with fresh and healthy ingredients. It's my 4th meal plan company and my favorite by far. I particularly love the different options of international cuisine, keto, vegan, etc. Maya, the nutritionist, is the star of the company. She's so friendly, helpful and caring. I can't praise her enough.
