Glad that this diagnostic place had moved inside Reef mall where parking is easier and more convenient. The new place is bigger, organized, and well kept. Had my MRI done here last March 14. I did my MRI on 28th march in premier. They told result will get within two days. I waited for two days till now the result not yet recieved. There is no updates from the centre also. When I reach out customer service yesterday they told I will get a call from premier yesterday itself and update me. But till this time no calls no reports. Today again call the customer service they informed within 15 minutes I will get a call. Service is so bad. No proper response or feed back.

I just had a mammog procedure. Varsha did her job very well from asking basic medical questions as part of the SOP and patiently explain the entire process. She is also very careful and ensures that i don't have any discomfort while doing the mammog. Also, she had given me a CD as electronic copy. Probably CD could be replaced by a flashdrive as CD player is now a thing of the past ;-) Nevertheless, my experience here is commendable. Thanks Varsha keep up the excellent job.

Certain test and scan procedures can be a bit nerve wrecking.Shabana gave me clear instructions and assisted me gently enough and put me at ease. Shady was very pleasant at reception too. Good experience overall. My only feedback would be please try and return callbacks when trying to reschedule appointments thanks.
