Dr. Abdullah is an excellent doctor. I ended up at the appointment by chance because of abdominal pain. Dr. Abdullah examined me and immediately identified two possible causes, one of which was confirmed — appendicitis. 3 doctors in my home country couldn’t not diagnose me be the way He helped with everything: called an ambulance, prescribed treatment, explained everything very calmly and clearly, helped me choose a clinic, and advised me on the best course of action. A wonderful doctor, highly recommended. You’ll be in safe hands! I felt calm and reassured right away. Thank you so much — thanks to you, I’m healthy now!

I recently visited Dr. Marat Fakriev at Polyclinic.ae in Jumeirah, and I can confidently say he is one of the best dentists I’ve ever met. The entire treatment was carried out with exceptional quality and precision. Even the injection—usually the most uncomfortable part—was completely painless. The whole procedure went smoothly, with absolutely no pain at all from start to finish. Dr. Marat is incredibly honest, professional, calm, and responsible. He explains every step of the treatment clearly, making you feel safe and fully informed. You can immediately see how much he cares about doing everything properly. I 100% recommend this clinic and 100% recommend Dr. Marat Fakriev to anyone looking for a truly skilled and trustworthy dentist in Dubai.

Extremely rude unprofessional woman at the reception desk. Long face and attitude as if it is my problem that the appointment was delayed by 20 min. Apart from this the prices are out of this world. Made a spontaneous decision to get my teeth cleaned after some nice chat with my sons dentist. Didnt ask for a price, as I assumed it would be no more than 600 which is a lot already, especially considering we only had 20 min left of the appointment. What a mistake that was. 900 dirham for 20 min teeth cleaning which included a clean with salt powder and brushing with toothpaste. Left my face and hair absolutely covered with this salt powder. For this price i should’ve been at least warned that the session would leave me looking like a ghost. Very disappointed and upset. Will never set foot here again.

I am extremely satisfied with the care at Innovation Family Polyclinic. Dr. Abdullah Azad was highly professional and attentive, providing excellent follow-up and clear explanations of my condition and lab results. Dr. Vadim Maliutsin (Dermatologist) also delivered outstanding, precise, and reassuring treatment. Excellent service, great communication, and a very caring team. Highly recommended.
