I had an eye consultation with Dr. Asiyeh , and I must say she is an excellent ophthalmologist. Her diagnosis was spot on, and she took the time to explain everything in detail. I felt confident in her care .Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring eye specialist.
I visited this hospital to undergo an annual check-up, which is covered by my insurance. I scheduled an appointment and explained all my requests to the doctor. Dr. Anastasia Sakovskaya conducted a professional consultation, listened carefully, performed an examination, and referred me for a blood test, ultrasound, and several other procedures. nI did the blood test on the same day, but after that, all communication stopped. I later learned that the insurance company did not approve the ultrasound and other tests. However, no one from the clinic or the doctor contacted me again to explain the situation or suggest alternatives. As a result, I only received part of the service, and the rest of the check-up was never completed. nIt feels like my case was not financially beneficial for the clinic, and they simply decided to ignore it without any explanation. This was disappointing, especially when you expect proper medical follow-up. nI hope the clinic improves its communication in the future and provides updates to patients when something is not approved by insurance
