Phoenix Hospital

Today I visited this hospital and registered with my Emirates ID at 4:50 PM to consult Internal medicine Dr, Unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite informing the hospital staff multiple times that I work on a ship and needed to return by 8:30 PM, my number was not called until 7:12 PM.nThis delay caused significant inconvenience and stress, as I was worried about missing my return time.nnThe hospital staff seemed indifferent to my situation, and their lack of urgency was disappointing. As a professional with a tight schedule, I expected more efficient service and better communication from a reputed super speciality hospital. I hope the management takes steps to improve their registration and patient handling processes to avoid such issues in the future.

I truly appreciate the excellent care I received at Phoenix Hospital. The doctors were highly professional and attentive, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the inpatient facilities were clean and comfortable. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.nJust they delay and make me on waiting for day and a half after i scheduled my operation date,then no any other problem

I was admitted in this hospital for 7 days. It's a very good, clean and organized hospital. from the moment I arrived and until the discharged from the hospital I received excellent care from the medical staffs. They are providing outstanding treatment. All of staff are very kind and helpful. I would like to thanks Dr. Yuri and I really appreciate him. he was provided me clear explanations of my condition and treatment plan. His way of communicating with the patient is nice. I would also like to say thanks to all the nurses sisters who's take care about me and were always available when i needed. They are all very kind, helpful and professional. I really appreciate them. Once again thank you all guys you are doing great job. 👍👍👍👍
