I’ve been with Perfect Balance since my first pregnancy in 2020. Amy was there from the start, providing me with great tips for delivery and exercises during and after pregnancy. Now, after two kids and getting back into the gym and a healthy lifestyle, I’m doing sports massage sessions with Menna, who’s just lovely and very professional. I can’t recommend her enough!

I highly recommend Nathalia Souza as Women's Health Physiotherapist. I started seeing her half way through my second pregnancy and she was absolutely fantastic. My first birth was quite challenging and she was amazing preparing me for my second one. We worked on pelvis mobility, pelvic floor exercises, diastasis prevention and perineal massage. Every woman should see a physiotherapist during their pregnancy! It helped me so much for labour preparation and my recovery after giving birth. Nathalia is very caring and professional. I cannot recommend her enough.

Hiten is an exceptional physiotherapist - I can't recommend him enough. He is so knowledgeable about how the body works, and is like a detective at discovering the underlying reasons why you might be experiencing pain... He fixed at least 3 different issues for me, including a partial shoulder tear with bone bruise that is now back at full capacity. He does dry needling and other manual therapy as well as works with you in the gym to teach you exercises that will help strengthen and stabilize. Hiten's vibe is so positive... he really makes you feel important and well taken care of. Go see him, you won't regret it! :)
