It’s Martyna, leaving the review from my husband’s account. I had the worst experience ever with this clinic.nnI had my retainer placed in December. The doctor said the probability of breaking is very low so I chose to do it here even though in my home country they use a more durable materials. It broke super quickly in April causing me a lot of inconvenience of coming back again for the repair. The doctor was only available once a week so you had to be with a broken retainer for many days. He repaired it but it broke again one month later. As it was hurting my teeth I had to trust another doctor not orthodontist to make a quick fix and come back again to properly fix it. It was already 4 visits for the same thing in just a few months. Then one more month passed and exact same thing broke one more time. As it was 6 months from December the clinic said it’s no longer their responsibility even though it was only two months after the first fix. The fix was clearly badly made as it didn’t last but the clinic only cares about charging you not if the service is good quality and lasts.nnIn the end after just 6 months and a half I have to pay again for the new retainer. It was a huge waste of money and time for me to ever trust this clinic. Be aware and don’t make the same mistake!

Dr. Ragheed is very professional . It was a very fast and easy tooth extraction for my upper wisdom tooth and lower impacted wisdom tooth. All the staff are professional too. And the receptionist greet us nicely. The clinic is very neat,tidy and good ambience. Highly recommended 10/10
