I am Kukan mojdu miah, working in a company in Al Ain. Around 40 days ago, I had h/o fall by slip in my washroom and my left knee got injured. Then one of my friend who is working with me suggested me this Orthoplus Bone and Joint Center for the knee injury. I had visited Orthoplus Bone and Joint Center on 16.07.2024 for the first time. Dr. Sanil Sathyadasan, who had advised me an MRI Scan after careful examination of my left knee. After the MRI scan, he has advised me surgery of my left and it was done on 06.08.2024. Dr. Sanil is very professional, experienced and well behaved doctor and his way of dealing with patient is amazing. The entire team of Orthoplus right from the front desk, nurses and the physiotherapy team are superb, they are very professional, have great manners and kind personalities and they are best at their areas. Overall, I am satisfied as a post operative patient and I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to all my friends!u201dn😊😊😊
I did not feel that the service there was satisfactory; it seemed like they were more focused on money. I had 8 sessions of physiotherapy but did not improve. The doctor refused to look at my MRI report until the insurance period was over to get another doctor's fee.
