Positive: If you're looking for unconventional consultation, go to this clinic. While most orthopedic doctors in Dubai/AD will tell you to go for surgery, this clinic will offer you alternative solutions that really work with a very supportive team. They will never take advantage of your good medical insurance. Instead, they will be honest and provide straightforward direction. Additionally, the medical professionals do not treat you like a dollar sign; they will sit with you and explain. I've been to other orthopedics in UAE where my consultation took 4-7 minutes, and they were in top well known hospitals. But in Orthocure, the medical staff REALLY cares about you and not your pocket size. nNegative: All negative comments here are about customer relationship, and it's true. Some assistants and receptionists do not show respect for time. My first appointment took about 45 because the staff did not prepare the doctor for it. even though I sent them my MRI results 24 hours before. The doctor had no idea. Then it took us 15 minutes to show it to the doctor and they had email issues and so on. The same happened when I had asked over WhatsApp for a specific urgent question to my doctor and it was not attended to. When I provided feedback, a team member kept evading accountability and eventually offered an apology. I think they're not as aware about how this impacts the customer experience. nEdit: The negative part I wrote has been rectified, it seems, and I can see an improvement in how the reception staff are handling appointments with me. I take treatment here for my knee . Reception people are good and always smiling a and I want to thank Dr Kalyani for her treatment for my knee. I feel so much better after my 2 sessions only .She is kind and explain everything to me in detail. I recommend her for her skills.
