Dr Michael Henry is an excellent dentist. Seeing a dentist I didn't know for the first time after moving to the UAE was a scary thought which was unnecessary as my visit(s) have been great. However, if you considering aligners here, think twice. nI am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the treatment I received at your clinic under the care of Dr. Saba. Despite investing significant time and resources into the treatment, I have not only failed to see any improvement, but my dental condition has worsened. nTo provide some context, I initially sought treatment for minor alignment issues with the expectation that the process would take approximately nine months, as communicated by your team. However, I am appalled to report that after dedicating a staggering 1.6 years to the treatment. nFurthermore, during the initial consultation, I was assured of receiving complimentary whitening and cleaning services upon completion of the treatment(Part of my Package). However, when I inquired about redeeming these services as per our agreement, I was unjustly informed that I was not entitled to them. This breach of trust and failure to honor commitments further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the entire experience. nThe lack of tangible results, coupled with the unmet promises and inadequate communication, reflect poorly on the professionalism and integrity of your clinic. As a patient, I entrusted my dental health to your care with the expectation of receiving quality treatment and transparent communication, both of which were sorely lacking throughout this ordeal. nI am now left with no choice but to seek alternative avenues for addressing my dental concerns and to caution others against entrusting their care to your clinic. I urge you to take this feedback seriously and to reassess your practices to ensure that future patients do not encounter similar disappointments.

I have been a patience of Oris Dental Care for 8 + years and couldn't be any satisfied with the service and professionalism. Starting from reception staff who are always gentle and super kind, dentist staff everyone makes me feel special and well treated. Dr Mirjam has been my dentist for so many years and I cannot be in better hands when it comes to dental care. I highly recommend Oris Dental Centre in Jumeirah Branch and other branches as one of the best dental centre in Dubai. :)
