Not electric vehicle friendly as they are not allow you to put ev charger on your OWN parking even if you OWN The apartment ..how you will support the initiative of uae government about ev cars if they are not allowing to put personal charger.. charging in public will take time and most of the time it is full.. You should allowed specially for the OWNERS.

Worst ac and maintenance staff is bad too with flat they give while year headache as well not recommended for families no much standards as it shows from outside. Real estate ( multi flags ) doesn't even cant do much about it and end up not responding your calls and you will eventually beg for any service you require , gym , pool , walking area is just to tell to trap tenants and is closed always stay alert people's with your hard earned money ..

Only looks good outside. Maintenance is bad, very high electricity bills, corridors dont have AC, corridors dont have lights too. It works on motion sensors to light up. Rest of the time its off. Problem is anyone can hide in a corner and do theft or attack someone bcoz its so dark. Parking is open for everyone, so dont pay extra for parking if renting. Constant noise of the nearby fewa industry is loud 24 hours.

The towers are clean and have 24-hour security, with parking available inside. There are apartments and studios. Many grocery stores, a pharmacy, bakeries, and cafes are located in the towers. It's close to the bus station, approximately a 10-minute walk away.
