She kept lying to me. Until I told her I will take legal action she started to say okay Iu2019ll forgive what has happened. Instead of stating it was their fault they didnu2019t make me aware of this rule until a year later and then tried to deducted. They also never told me this until I arrived to the clinic, Iu2019m coming all the way from Dubai.nnHorrible staff honestly not welcoming at all. Donu2019t pay attention to the details. And the manager fully lied to me saying I heard the phone call you made and she told you the rule. When I asked her I would like to hear this call as well she refused. Unbelievable.nnLab techs are super friendly though";.

My experience was laser hair reduction at orchid was so perfect with Abby she was so professional, patient and kind with my case did my session so perfectly and did her best to make feel comfortable and confident thank you Abby thank you orchid
Good work but never went in at the appointment been 3 times here and you have to wait at least 40 minutes after your actual appointment time to get in actually so there is no point of taking appointments at this clinic cause you'll still wait for an hour or more to see the doctor.
