A wonderful team in DFC,nVery helpful and patients in giving the options for the frame and sunglasses. Special thanks to Mohammad for the explaining each and every thing that we required ( including Lenses, Insurance and frames ). Eye testing was done in very proper way with complete details needed as it seems you are in eye clinic. nInsurance as they were explaining also was done very smoothly with no hassle at all. nHonestly for last 20 years leaving in UAE, never had such a great customer care experience. Congratulation to their management for having such a great team and environment in the store. If you really want to take care of your eyes, then I highly recommend the store....

I m sorry to say it's bad Quality of lenses we purchase and paid 3000 dirham for high-quality lens didn't last for one year full of scratches although we bought as auntie scratches lenses, there is no honesty. Bought two 6,000 aed no guarantee no after care service . I don t advice to go there
This was a very pleasant visit given we wanted to browse through sunglasses and check for the availability of nose pads for our previous sunglasses. The service was done swiftly and without delays very happy with Roland's work and the staff were friendly for any inquires.
