As a determined weekend warrior, I always find myself with some sort of an injury. I saw phillipa after a bicep repair and later on for a hip injury. She is one of the few physios out there that incorporates pilates and yoga techniques in her practice. She approached my issues holistically and helped me understand my body. I am forever grateful for her time, dedication and consistent pursuit of excellence. I promised myself to write this review after I moved out of the area, the least I can do. Also the Admin team are great, everything is digitized and sent to your WhatsApp

I highly recommended Joel! I remember the first time i came here in Optima, It was summer and i was in agony, i cant walk, i walk with my sticks, it was a chronic pain in my left leg, then i was diagnosed with hip joint arthritis, and my Doctor advised me to have a hip replacement(i havent done yet) I used to come here everyweek when i had too much pain, on my recovering stage i just come here once in every 2weeks, and today i went to see him, Im walking without my sficks! Finally after all the pain, a Big Thank you to Joel for helping me through. Im no more hip pain! ud83dude4fud83dude4f

I have seen a few Chiropractors in Dubai and Stephan is miles ahead of them in terms of results, knowledge and the amount of care he shows into getting you fixed!! I had chronic back and neck trouble for so long and after doing a course and now maintenance sessions with Stephan, I can honestly say I am pain free and able to play golf with a full range of movement. What a relief it has been!nI cannot recommend him enough and I know others who I have recommended him to have had the same feedback as me!. He's a genius in his field of work, if you stick with his process.... it works!!! Thanks mate
