It was my 4th session with Ms. Syeda and I can say it helped me a lot talking to her. I can say I improved in dealing with my anxiety and controlling my emotions. She's giving me exercises that I can use in everyday life if my anxiety is attacking me. Even the staff in the front desks, they're all welcoming and approachable.

I've been with DR. SHANKAR for almost a year. He is the best pshyciatrist i've meet. His way of treatment is commendable. Would probably recommend him. And to all OPENMINDS Team, reception area, nurses, very approachable and easy to deal with. The best clinic ever! 🙂

Dr. Kirin is awesome! She saved our relationship ❤️. Me and my wife Crystal, is very grateful that she's our couple therapist.She doesn't judge and based her findings in facts by knowing our past experiences. There's no bias with her and she recommend books that will help us on healing process. So I would highly recommend her for couples that are struggling with their relationship.
