Iu2019ve seen two different people fighting with the reception as well for different reasons, however, instead of solving the issues, the clients leave and the staff laugh it off, very rude and unprofessional. My friend called to make an appointment they told her its for 299 she came and was given a totally higher price. However she called u201cthe call center in front of the ladyu201d and was told its for 299. why are you lying to the customers? Your reputation matters, I hope they teach the staff how to be professional with the clients, even though, I know for a fact they lost a lot of customers because of that.";.

I done 3 session laser for beard and neck. Very neat service. Tidy and clean clinic. They were very punctual in timing except for last session. I was put in queue for 30 mins on my last session.

zero rating actually ... very bad experience my face is burned and now I have all burned marks ... and then they say my face is sensitive and I have no patience ... and they won't give back my money saying you can do other treatments since it was bad at the beginning will it be good with the other treatments? I paid for the treatment I done but now I'm asking for the treatment I didn't do yet they won't give back ... I am never coming back I won't even encourage anyone to do any treatment.

I recently visited One Life Clinic for a laser treatment and was extremely pleased. The clinic is clean and inviting, and the staff are professional and friendly. Scheduling was easy, and the procedure was quick and efficient. I saw results from the first day. Highly recommend One Life Clinic for their excellent service and knowledgeable staff.
I did a procedure at one life with dr. Ruwaidah. She did an excellent job . I was so hesitant of doing it any whets but does not regret choosing the Dr for what I did. She is pleasant , understanding, calming and a good listener. She will be my Dr. from now on.
