  Ive been suffering from neck and shoulder pain since 2020 until i visited Ojas physiotherapy lately. nFrom the very first session, Dr. Deepa took the time to understand my issues thoroughly and patiently worked on my muscle knots one by one so effectively. Her technique, attention to detail, and calm presence made every session feel focused and purposeful. I could genuinely feel the improvements after my 2nd visit. What stood out most was her patience and dedication -- she never rushed, and she made sure each session brought real relief. nIf you're looking for a physiotherapist who truly cares, listens, and delivers real results, I highly recommend Dr.Deepa . I'm incredibly grateful for the progress I've made under her care. nThe clinic was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even more comfortable and reassuring. nFYInnYou wont stay under a machine for 90% of the session time😉Its going to be a nice soothing manual therapy mostly digging deep into the root cause of your problemnnOh yea and hygiene

  I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for effective and professional physiotherapy care. I've had multiple issues over time - in my neck, foot, back, and discomfort below the hip. Deepa has been instrumental in helping me get a relief from these issues. Her approach is thorough, patient, and focused. I could feel the difference with each session. nThe staff here is also really warm and welcoming. nOverall, I had a great experience at Ojas :).

  I feel relieved with my neck and shoulder pain and tension headache after my physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Deepa Sharma. The staff of Ojas physiotherapy and rehab center are very approachable and with a friendly service and service center is clean. I highly recommend this physiotherapy center.
