Worse than 1 starnNever seen a worse clinic evernDoctors change every 3 months and have the worst service ever Reception staff is so rude especially Catherine she is super rude and uses bad language they dont care about your complaints because there is no manager. They also are nice to you when taking your money later they switch up and be rude to you. Cancel appoinments anytime they wish and also dont give the service they say especially hair prp. I have been doing PRP for 8 years in the UAE . Just please dont go here anywhere else just not here. In market price of the same service they give is 300-400 they charge 3x more

Avoid this place at all costs. I would rate 0 if there was that. I went in for hair laser yesterday. I was burnt so badly. I actually had to stop 1/4 way into the procedure. The technician said well it is probably my skin type. They took no responsibility at all. I was in tears as it was that bad. I sat with a pack of ice water on my bikini area for at least 30 minutes. I walked out almost squatting as the pain was so bad. Technician just said well just sit it out and moved to her next procedure. Then said we will charge you for the parts done. I told reception there will be hell to pay off they charge me. No call even after 24 hours to check on me. Don't care attitude. Oh technician said this was the colour of my area before i cane there. You can clearly see this is laser burn marks. Here is a picture. Of my upper bikini area. It looks worse than the picture.

I got a package for a pigmentation, done one session out of four, them machine got broken for more than two months and they are not answering not calls not WhatsApp not providing the refund, be very careful getting packages and paying upfront
I was a customer at OCP for the past 6yrs due to their exceptional service and best laser treatment. Since the management changed few months ago, their response was very poor and now, they are closed without notice. Not picking calls, no response to texts which is disgusting. I have paid for 6 sessions and could complete only 2 while they ran away.
