They first injected juvederm volift which was pale yellowish color liquid and they never opened the pack in front of me and brought in a tray , god knows from which fake brand that was and then injected juvederm voluma in my chin which again the box of that injection was NEVER opened in front of me. My half lips for the first time was done by Lubna and then followed by lady name Tasneem, which was a DISASTER. Despite paying THE MONEY in one shot for everything and sending a message to them that I'm not happy with lip shape and it's a disaster there was no reply . They will take the money and will never fix the disaster done. NOW IM SITTING WITH MULTIPLE LUMPS ON MY LIPS LOOKING LIKE SMALL PEBBLES . CLEARLY they are using FAKE JUVEDERMs because when I went for my follow up injection and asked for the pack they brought me a empty box asking me I can check and to my surprise it did NOT open . There's a QR code on each juvederm product and when you try scanning them they will never open because the scan code of the fake product is so messy, it's a fake QR code symbol. During consultation also I was told by Lubna that even the fake ones are not that bad what an irony! I did my treatment 30th March and after the follow up when I complained about my lips I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. Please do not fall for their promotional scam , all you are paying for garbage that too FAKE ! Attaching a picture of the day of followup when the treatment was done and how bad the lips look. Despite messaging the owner Lubna she just dismissed my message because voila the payment was already done . What a shame !";.

I went for hydrafacial and when I booked over the phone the receptionist told me that the treatment is 450 AED. So as expected when my treatment finished I went to pay and she told me to pay 472.50 AED including tax. this was not professional at all, she should have mentioned this in the call so everything is clear and no hidden cost is there. nApart from the price. the treatment included massage so I though I will be getting one with the treatment. she didnt mention that it was an electric massage chair while doing the facial!nnif you have tried one you would know that the massage chair is not comfortable if its not working and you wouldnt use it while your doing facial. the chair worked for like 10 minutes and then stopped, this gave me a pain in my back when I finished the facial. nIm giving 2 stars only for Anju as she tried to help me adjust my seating throughout the session and was explaining every step of the facial. other than that I wouldn't recommend this clinic for the price I paid nor for poor customer service l.

I love doctor Dalal and her sweet way of explaining .. She will give you the right advice on exactly what you need. Very friendly staff especially Farheen. Their service is amazing with nice surprise for patients

They gave me an appointment and let someone else to enter u201cI came before this personu201d and I heard her saying that she took the appointment same day which I did 2 days before - the girl on reception was laughing while I'm angry and she wasted my time one hour not knowing how to give me back my money.
