I really like Novomed's services - everyone is very helpful and kind. Marriane, the coordinator, made everything super smooth and easy from the start. I had an appointment with Dr. Imran Ahmed and it was great. He took the time to truly listen to me and carefully reviewed my entire medical history to understand the root of my pain. He gave me an excellent physiotherapy session and even taught me exercises to do at home, which he kindly recorded on my phone so I wouldn't forget. He's knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr Mark is fantastic. He's been my physician for years now and I couldn't be happier with his professional care in every way. He truly instill in me a sense of calm and trust, making me feel my concerns were truly valued with every appointment. To say he is incredibly knowledgeable and caring would be an understatement. I also would like to highlight the amazing Novomed team in general. Customer service at reception and nurses were as always splendid, kind and without a doubt helpful. My only advise for the CEO of this clinic is to consider opening a branch in DIFC since the whole area is missing a clinic with this level of health care.
