She is the kind of Doctor that you don't need to worry about. Very professional,hands on, and expert . A very good Doctor her Dedication and willingness to help her patients fully recovered is awesome. Very slow and disappointing service at emergency department. I came to hospital in morning to show throat pain of my wife. That time itself wife was feeling very sick. Doctr have given some medicine and sent back home. After first dose of medicine wife started vomiting. We came to emergency at 7PM to show what is wrong. Doctor have given bed in emergency and put IV with vomit stop medicine. Still vomit did not stop and even a small amount of juice was coming out. They removed IV at 8.00PM and waited for vomit to stop. From 8pm till 11.30pm they are struggling to get approval from insurance company. In this period of time, no medication was given. wife vomited almost 7-8 times very badly in vomit bags, and took care not to mess around. Understand from Insurance company that hospital have submitted first application on 10.30pm. Also with no diagnostic reports attached. Now, while writing this review at 00.30AM still no admission process have started. Nurses and Doctors are so slow and non enthusiastic to help patient. Can hear many unsatisfied patients around. Better to close hospital inpatient facility and change this hospital to clinic only. Compared with other same range hospitals like Saudi German, Zulekha, Aster, Prime.. etc NMC speciality is observed with very poor, incompetent and disrespectful service. Why to pay high price for such poor service.nnAt 00.30 Doctor asking for urine test and ultrasound and said We need to find ultrasound slot, then when ultrasound result comes, We will give You room. This was enough to test Us, then We demanded to release us so that We can go to other hospital. We feel that staff was taking revenge for our complains.nnTime - 01.15 AMnOnce, We said We want to leave they suddenly started admission process. And they have given most poor room in hospital, again feels like revenge. No blanket also. Sharing room pictures. Feels like We are unwanted, unwelcome customer to NMC.nnTime - 01.50AMnHospital staff told that You must be 6 hours empty stomach before morning ultrasound test. This proves that the suggestion of ultrasound at 00.30AM was false information totally. So NMC emergency staff was giving false diagnostics just for revenge purpose.nnNever will recommend any one NMC speciality, DIP hospital. Specially most poor service from Emergency department.

She was clearly explain everything that I need to know before, during and after the surgery. She’s so kind and very approachable, which makes me feel comfortable and feels that there is nothing to worry about.nAll the nurses and staff who attended me was very accommodating and kind. Dr. Mehmet (cardiologist ) was amazing and very friendly. Taking his time to explain things in details. Thanks to Nurse Christine for helping and making the process easier and faster..
