Big thank you to Whole NMC team. Excellent quality care . God bless all . We had such a blessed experience with Cathlab team. The support staff is very caring ,nNursing cathlab and technician team had an humanly family touch. Nikita and Bineesh along with all other technician team of cath lab were so caring and wonderful in their job. They followed up so closely during and after the procedure. nDoctors as always are excellentnDr Tanveer had been so supportive throughout all out visits till the procedure ended and even beyond that. We feel blessed to have undergone procedure with such a wonderful team. With Dr Madhav anesthesia being around I felt as if my own family is with me. I was looking up at Dr Tanveer and Dr Madhav to take all decisions for me on my behalf and i had full faith on them. The rest of the cardilogy team involving Dr Austin who was always associated with us during this journey and even after that, thanks for the care you take for me. ,Dr Mujeeb supported the decision during the procedure. nExcellent team work in clinical care . ICCU drs on duty and backbone nursing team very very loving care ..Abhisha ,Mary, ,binduja,fatima,joicy ...Big Thank you to all..Very touching lovely family care .. nI thank God that i got such good care under good hands with great and knowledgeable and caring DR Tanveer and entire cath lab team, other cardiologists and anesthesiologists with quality care in NMC Hospital, Al Ain.

NMC Speciality Hospital Al Ain is an excellent multi-speciality hospital with well equipped facilities and highly qualified Dictors. nAvailed services of specialist Doctors namely Dr Abdul Mujeer Cardiologist, Dr Arfath Mustafa ENT Surgeon, Dr Vishnu Vardhan Krishna Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr Jayanth Agrahara Urologist, Dr Mostafizur Rahaman Khan General & Laparoscopic Surgeon & Dr Sandeep Viswanathan Nair, Gastroenterologist. nAll the above Doctors are highly knowledgeable and expert specialists in their respective fields. They provided excellent treatment and guidance with apt care and personal attention. Their approach of holistic medical care without any excesses is highly appreciable. nI found that the nursing staff are highly service oriented with a pleasant disposition. The pharmacy is well equipped with qualified staff and good service. nThe front office executives are highly customer friendly and supportive. The services of Mr Nishar and Niresh Kumar in the front office are exceptionally good and highly supportive. nOverall my five stars to NMC Speciality Hospital Al Ain. I derived the confidence and comfort of the best medical care here. It's not just a hospital but a home away from home for the people in need of medical care.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the experience we had during our recent visit. We had a confirmed appointment scheduled for 7:20 AM, and despite arriving on time, we were kept waiting until 8:50 AM without any proper communication or update. nWhen we inquired at the reception, we were casually told that we do have an appointment--as if we hadn't already informed them multiple times about our scheduled time. This lack of coordination and care is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where punctuality and professionalism are crucial. nIt was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I hope serious attention is given to improving your appointment management and customer service going forward.
