I had severe pain in my eyes with itching and swollen. I consult Dr nisha , her behavior is very rude and they ask me to wait for more than 3 hours. The receptionist is more than that patient will get more sick coz of there behavior. No manners at all. No body wants to waste their time in hospital without any reason. She should understand that. I had Appointment for 6:30pm, I showed update 6:10 to be in que, I was registered at 6:36pm, I kept on waiting....at 7:10pm I was told doctor Mab Dish Urology Specialist is out and they will give me appointment for Sunday 11:30??????????nnWhy would the book me for 6:30 and kept me waiting for an hour just to inform doctor left. nWhat am I supposed to do? Should I continue pervious medicine or what?nnVery unreliable doctor and management. nVery unprofessional.

Very bad experience in pharmacy for my medicine I waited for more than 1 hours people already sick and should wait for more hours feeling so bad please better do any solution or when the doctor prescribed the medicines that time they can arrange no need to wait until patient is coming.

Recently, I visited the Urgent Care department for my kid. The nursing staff and doctors demonstrated friendliness and professionalism, contributing to a positive experience. The emergency department maintained high cleanliness standards, creating a neat and hygienic environment. In one prick, the nurse inserted the cannula for my kid. It shows the skill and efficiency of the nurses those who work in the emergency department. Thank you for the wonderful service.
Our first visit to NMC Al ain hospital and first impression was not good at all. Cleanliness was not up to the mark. There was garbage pieces on floors of corridor as well as in Radiology department reception area, there were cockroaches on wall. nAfter been to Dubai branches of NMC we can clearly see the difference in management and cleanliness of NMC hospital. Administration should ensure cleanliness and wellbeing of patients.
