  We are being discharged today, and we would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional care and service we have received during our stay at the hospital. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism, compassion, and attentiveness shown by the entire medical team have been truly outstanding. nOur special thanks go to Dr. Arif and Dr. Ashok for their expert medical care, clear communication, and continuous support throughout our stay. They took the time to ensure we fully understood the treatment process, and their approachable manner brought us great reassurance during a challenging time. nWe are also deeply grateful to Nurse Deepthy from the 3rd Floor Ward for her genuine care, attentiveness, and dedication. Her warm presence and tireless commitment to patient well-being made a lasting impression on us. nAdditionally, we would like to extend our appreciation to the entire nursing staff in the ward. Although we were unable to remember all their names, every nurse we encountered was professional, helpful, and compassionate. Their collective efforts created a supportive and caring environment, and we are truly thankful for their service. nThe hospital facilities have been excellent--modern, clean, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we were provided with meals and bathroom amenities that added to our convenience. Housekeeping ensured our room was cleaned and refreshed every morning, which greatly contributed to our overall comfort and well-being. nAs we prepare to leave today, we do so with a sense of deep gratitude. This experience has far exceeded our expectations, and we are incredibly thankful to the entire team for their commitment to high-quality care and patient comfort.

  Service is exceptional. Thanks to Mr Jesus. He is very professional. Before we started our session he explains to me about body laser removal and did test to ensure he will apply the right power for my skin. Booking appointment is smooth and easy.   I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Rowena, the receptionist and I must say her service was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. nI had difficulty locating the correct building, but Rowena patiently guided me, providing clear directions and ensuring I reached my destination without any hassle. When I mentioned I needed further assistance, she promptly referred me to her colleague Ms.Rifath, who was equally helpful and attentive. nIt's rare to encounter such genuine and dedicated customer service, and Rowena truly exemplifies what excellent hospitality should be.   I recently visited this hospital and I can confidently say I am extremely happy with the service I received. nDespite the General Clinic being very crowded, the reception staff managed everything so efficiently. They remained calm, professional, and ensured all patients were attended to in a timely manner. Their ability to handle such a busy environment with grace is truly commendable. nI had consultations with three doctors across different departments -- Dr. Pat, Dr. Jayaprakash, and Dr. Prasad. All three were exceptional. They took the time to listen attentively, thoroughly explained my condition and treatment options, and made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout. nWhat truly stood out to me was the level of care and compassion shown by each of them.   I'm truly grateful to the entire team at NMC Hospital Abu Dhabi for their exceptional service and support. From the reception staff to the medical team, everyone was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Joel S. for his prompt assistance and coordination throughout my visa medical process. The cardiology consultation, including the ECG & Echo test, was handled swiftly and smoothly by the nurse team, doctor, and echo staff--all without much delays or complications. The staff's efficiency, kindness, and attention to detail made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend this hospital for anyone looking for efficient and compassionate care!
