Unfortunately, my experience at the hospital's Dermatology department was subpar. The receptionist seemed untrained in managing patient expectations and waiting times, leading to frustration. Improvement in customer service training is needed to ensure a smoother and more efficient experience for patients

Sorry for the delayed.. I recently had my surgery at NMC Hospital and had my excellent experience, from the time of my consultation, some test done, to post surgery. Dr. Balaji took time to explained everything clearly and gives me options, as well as educated explanations of each, he ensured that i will be comfortable throughout the procedure. Im profoundly grateful to him and to the team for their exceptional care and support. THANK YOU DOC. AND GOD BLESS!
