My experience at Royal NMC Center was amazing. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and their quick response made me feel comfortable. I had botox and lip and face fillers done with Dr. Honey and it was a good job. I really liked it. She did what I wanted and in a more beautiful way. All staff are helpful, friendly and cooperative with patients and help them quickly.

I highly respect Hassan from the reception. He was so professional, polite and helpful. But the service is so so poor. I have been told that i'm next . I have been waiting in severe pain from 5:30 pm till now writing this at 8:00 pm and I'm still waiting. I'm leaving to another clinic.There is no queue . But whenever a woman comes she goes first !!nMaybe next time we shall just pay to be treated as human ! Then we pay for the service .

Dr Jairam Aithal is one of the best cardiologist in NMC Healthcare. The care, dedication and continous care he and his team follow up with patients is extremely commendable. Always there to help patient at any time. Very neat and clean facility with extremely professional staffs. From registration to consulting doctor and leaving the facility is very smooth. Reception staff Shaban is very helpful and professional. Always smiling and going extra mile to help patients. Definitely recommend Dr Jairam and the centre!!!
I had a fulfilling and wholesome experience at the centre. The reception team was outstanding. Dr. Jairam was exceptional during the consultation. His diagnostic skills are precise unlike other doctors who leaves you in the dark. Overall I found the facility to be clean and very well maintained, with a team of well trained staff. I would definitely recommend this doctor and the facility if ever you need any medical assistance as their expertise is next to none.
