The staff is amazing but there are barely any and there is a big workload for them. The kitchen waitress Delvina luna was very kind and optimistic. It takes almost ages when calling the nurse or kitchen for assistance (13th floor).The hospital itself is extremely clean and neat but the interior however looks very beat up and old aswell as dirty. The extra convertible bed we were provided with was very smelly and dirty with stains.The bathroom aswell had broken lights and the position for the hooks for holding the IV or any medicine is just unreasonable seeing how the hook is next to the sink and the toilet is on the other side of the room. In MY OPINION I have seen better hospital and I'm disappointed being as this is a royal hospital.nnUpdate: I have now been waiting for my discharge for almost an hour";.

My experience was poor and so very disappointing today.. We arrived at the hospital for an xray as we thought we would take advantage of the Eid holiday and there would be no queues. The radiology receptionist Dylan refused to accept without a request from the hospital itself after I explained that we are just here for a follow up xray which we made 3 times before and because we have mobility issues, it is not easy to come again another day with a request. Furthermore, I am anyway the referring doctor myself Could they not find me one doctor on duty in this vip establishment to make this request form? Instead of sending us home.? The GP doctor in emergency department refused and also the radiologist on duty Dr Eman would not come down herself from the 12th floor . The night manager Ms Deborah was also no help at all either she was unable to get us an internal xray request . This logic made no sense we need a request but no doctor here will give it ?? Her solution was outrageous instead of getting any doctor from this reputable fancy hospital she suggested I go home and bring my own doctors stamp and make a personal request form myself!! Imagine How annoying and inconvenient that was . So I drove all way back home and. and to add insult to injury when I came back only to find that also that receptionist Dylan and me Deborah did not even there. No courtesy to even wait for me and went off duty . Then what's the point ? I could have done the xray with no request in first place .if it was that vital and valuable they could have waited .This whole process took almost 2 hours imagine and there was no other patients so it's not like they were busy or something it was still just 9.15pm There is nothing royal about this NMC Royal, I was only Royally annoyed. I expected better from a Royal hospital or atleast the staff should do their utmost utmost best to help the patient not trouble them. It's not like I wanted a free procedure or something .It was just a petty xray and there was no consideration and No professional courtesy of being a fellow doctor. I only dread to think what would have happened if it was someone else. I might as well have gone to a public hospital. Instead.

I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience at this hospital has been. The level of care and professionalism is truly exceptional. Dr. Rabab is incredibly refined and her treatment is top-notch. The nurses in the maternity ward are extremely helpful, kind, and attentive. They took excellent care of both me and my baby. Even the kitchen staff displayed remarkable courtesy and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking compassionate and high-quality care.

My 11 months baby admitted for 3 days. Every time I get more and more excitement and surprise from the most welcomed and excellent hospitality service in floor 11 starting from the kitchen till Registered Nurses team and doctors as well. nI'm very thankful and grateful for these experienced and most kind Nurses ud83eudd29ud83eude79ud83dudc89nud83dudc9c Ms.Mininud83dudc9c Ms.Roselynnud83dudc9c Ms.Ajinud83dudc9c Ms.IrinnAnd from kitchen these wonderful and kind waiters.u2615ufe0fud83cudf6enud83cudf38 Ms.Vanjinud83cudf38 Ms.Farida. nThe team are working as one unit to give the best and the wonderful service to the patients . nI'm regular customer in this hospital since 2013 .
I have visited this hospital several times and there services are really good. One of the top hospitals in UAE and Sharjah. nFaculty: Good and experienced doctors in Urology, Orthopedic, Emergency. nCleanness: Well maintained and clean. nParking: Both valet and free parking for customers. Sometimes you may find difficulty in finding parking. nInsurance: Accept all major in insurance companies. nPharmacy: Hospital has its own pharmacy and often it is crowded and it takes time to collect medicine, even though they are working to enhance the speedy delivery of medicines to patients. nPrice: Comparing with other hospitals it may be a bit expensive. Make sure your medical insurance is good.
