One of NMC Royal Hospital – Mohammed Bin Zayed City's patient, Eman Abdelrhman said "Worst experience, despite having a scheduled appointment, Dr. Eman Abdullah, an obstetrician and gynecologist at the hospital, refused to provide care for my condition because I was delayed by few minutes due to unavoidable health circumstances.nI had experienced a health issue that prompted me to book this appointment. She refused to see me without any reasonable explanation and expressed her refusal by yelling at the reception staff.nMy identification card was returned to me, and I left the hospital feeling both insulted and without having received any medical care.nI am truly upset and disappointed with how I was treated, both by the doctor and the hospital. I am extremely disappointed with the recent changes at this hospital. Since the management change, the quality of service has deteriorated significantly. Appointments are poorly managed, with huge delays even when you arrive on time. If you walk in without an appointment, you're told it's because of the people who do have appointments, yet the waiting times are still unacceptable. nIt's frustrating that doctors spend up to 15 minutes between patients, while patients like myself are rushed through appointments and not given adequate time to discuss concerns. The inconsistency in patient care is both baffling and inefficient. nMoreover, it's troubling that as soon as staff realize you're frustrated and about to leave, they suddenly find a way to get you in to see the doctor. This seems to be a manipulative tactic rather than genuine care. nThe hospital has downgraded in service quality, and I am deeply dissatisfied with their new approach. The lack of consideration for patients' time and needs is unacceptable, and I hope you'd address these issues promptly.

The hospital has gotten worse. Since the new management started and changed the name to NMC, the quality of service became so bad. Nurses were still excellent but they are under staffed. Nurses are running here and there for patients which we feel bad. They book surgeries without bed allocated for the patient. before surgery, they will put you in the sharing room. with curtain division. this happens because all the room are full. this is not ethical especially for those who are coming with women or their wife. very bad situation. The staffs are overworked as I can feel. if you want a decent place, do not come here. It was not same as before anymore.
