Not recommended for emergency casesnpatient name: emmanuele cartanCase date: 29 oct 11.30 am check innnI recently had a concerning experience at NMC ROYAL HOSPITAL DIP 2 that I feel compelled to share. My office colleague was scheduled for an MRI, and we arrived early in the morning in an emergency case, hopeful for a smooth process. Unfortunately, what followed was a day of neglect and miscommunication that left us frustrated and worried.nnDespite checking in and being assured that the procedure would be conducted shortly, we found ourselves waiting for hours without any updates. As the day wore on, it became increasingly clear that the staff was overwhelmed. While I understand that hospitals can be busy, the lack of communication about delays was disheartening.nnBy evening, after more than six hours of waiting, we were still left in the dark about when the MRI would actually take place. The situation was not only inconvenient but also caused unnecessary anxiety for the patient, who needed the procedure for an urgent health concern.nnIt's crucial for healthcare facilities to prioritize patient care and communication. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for NMC ROYAL DIP to improve their processes, staff whom i have seen sitting in emergency with the mobile phones taking pictures, browsing and ensure that patients receive timely and compassionate care in the future.nnWhile I appreciate the efforts of some staff members who tried to assist us in speciality hospitall and DR fathima family medicine doctor, overall, this experience fell far short of what one would expect from a hospital in an emergency. I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure a similar situation.

This hospital got excellent nurses. I came at midnight with my wife regarding an issue of ear piercing that couldn’t be removed, which was rejected by another hospital. 2 nurses (from India , Kerala) were so professional and confident that they removed it seamlessly. Experience speaks! No wonders the nurses from India are renowned in the industry. Thanks to those nurses for resolving the pain my wife was going through

I would like to thank the whole NMC crew and management for the great experience I had during my pregnancy journey and c section delivery, they have taken great care of both me and my little one and exceeded the expectations in all customer & patients care aspects . NMC management team has also surprised us with cake cutting and gifts i would also like to highly recommend .Dr.Monika Mangla best gynecologist ever who has a great self confidence and knowledge , also the nurse Sruthy Sudevan was really supporting as real sister and all the medical team there .Once again Thanks Alot NMC Royal DIP team ,keep up the great work

I recently took my 6-year-old daughter to Dr. Aakash SharmaI Pediatric dentist in NMC DIP for a dental procedure and I am absolutely delighted with the experience. My daughter needed to have a tooth extracted, and naturally, she was a bit anxious. From the moment we walked into room, we were greeted warmly and made to feel at ease. I am incredibly impressed with how Dr. performed the tooth extraction. My daughter felt no pain at all during the procedure. It was completely painless, which is a huge relief for any parent. Dr. Aakash is exceptionally friendly with kids. He took the time to explain everything to my daughter in a way she could understand, and his gentle and reassuring manner made a world of difference. He is certainly a nice fellow who knows how to care for his young patients. Overall, our experience with Dr. was fantastic. I highly recommend him to any parents looking for a skilled and compassionate paediatric dentist. We will definitely be returning for all future dental needs!
