Really appreciated the help of the NMC staff Janrick, Jexy, Athul especially to my dearest Doc. Remya. They're all very good and accommodating. I would like to share my bad experience in this clinic specifically the Filipino receptionist who answer call very rude don't know how to treat costumer nicely and politely.. I preferred to not come back in this clinic because of bad attitude of reception
I always come to this clinic for my health issues. It has amazing staff and good management. I always take my medicine from Dr. Afrah Abdul Rahman. She is a very professional and expert doctor. She is a very careful listener. They understand our diseases very well, they have a lot of experience and they give very good medicine to every patient, due to which the patient recovers very quickly.
