Please instruct your staff not to contact me regarding some patient named Zubeida (I can’t clearly remember the name) as I have received this type of call twice from 02-6179984 that displays NMC healthcare as the caller.nnI don’t know anyone by this name and kindly update the wrong information that you have in your records to ensure that I am not disturbed again.
Nmc alain is the worst treatment ever.nEmergency care is not an emergency care.nThey don't know how to priorities the patients.nThey are sticking to the Number order even patients are in worst condition.nAlso using the insurance card for all the check ups even though its not necessary.nAfter x Ray and ultra sound etc.nThey asked me to wait 3 hours to read the report once they use my insurance.nEven they didn't give the report to me.nWorst treatment ever.nNot recommending at all.nVery disappointed.
