At NMC Amala, I had a good experience. From the reception, the attending gynaecologist Dr Preeti Jaiswal and all the nurses were fantastic 😊. I got all the help that I needed from the beginning till the end.I highly recommend.

The reception process is very slow, and be prepared to hold out for two hours if you plan to come. I spent a total of two hours just at the reception, and there was only one person working there, which I don't understand. I'm sorry to say that I'm not happy at all with this NMC branch. I hope I don't have to return here again.

Disappointing customer service Due to Unanswered calls. I recently had an unpleasant experience with the reception service at NMC clinic Al qouze branch (Al Khali Grand mall). Despite multiple attempts,my call to the reception desk went unanswered.I tried reaching then on several times.This was frustrating, especially when I needed assistance for booking request for glucose test pregnant woman. While the property or service may be fine ,the lack of attention to incoming call shows a gap in customer service.It's crucial for reception to be available and responsive,as it significantly impact the guest experience.I hope they take this feed back seriously and improve their communication moving forward.
Today(5/1/2025) I went with my friend. I felt bad behaviour from the front desk there is a lady receptionist she is so arrogant behavior to customer. She don't have no name badge so i don't know her name. It's really bad experience in my life.
