Dr Achuta and Dr Fauzia the physiotherapist/ chiropractor of NNMC in MBZ are genuine miracle workers! My fiance had frozen shoulder problem for the past year and she just couldn't lift her hand above her head. In just two sessions with them the relief is so much that she extremely grateful for coming to this centre and taking the treatment from them! NNMC Abu Dhabi - Physical Health SessionnOur school, Abu Dhabi Indian School, Branch 1, Al Wathba, recently had the opportunity to attend a Physical Health Awareness Session conducted by NNMC Abu Dhabi. This session was specifically designed for our teachers, focusing on relieving common physical discomforts such as back pain, neck pain, and knee pain. nThe session was led by Dr. Achutha, a skilled physiotherapist, who provided valuable insights into maintaining good posture, reducing physical strain, and managing chronic pain. One of the most impressive aspects of the session was the hands-on therapy, where Dr. Achutha successfully provided relief to 10 teachers by performing spinal adjustments (back cracking) and cupping therapy. These techniques effectively eased their pain and improved their mobility, leaving them feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. nThis session was not just informative but also highly practical, showing how small adjustments and therapeutic techniques can make a significant difference in everyday well-being.
