My experience with New Look Medical Center was disappointing. Despite confirming availability of free dentists over the phone, upon arrival, I found both doctors occupied. The receptionist, instead of honoring our agreed slot, allowed other patients to enter ahead of me. After an hour's wait without any acknowledgment or resolution, I made the decision to leave and seek dental care elsewhere. This lack of organization, communication, and respect for my time undermined my confidence in their service.
