I literally hate visiting the dentist (in the UK) because you go in they do their thing without consulting and you left with a silver fillingnnOn the other hand I was nervous anxious visiting the New Ivory Dental ClinicnI only booked myself for a dental clean and ended up doing a whole load of things and guess whatnDr Tanveer literally went through every step and explained everything to the T. During the procedure if I was uncomfortable straight away he would stop and see what the issue was. nHonestly alhamdulillah for a dentist like Dr Tanveer. nNow his staff..... from Sharlene at reception to his dental nurse everyone has been beyond amazing and welcoming and they even check up on you after to see if you have any issues or discomfort. nNow this level of service and care is beyond impressive. nOhh and I almost forgot Dr Shiv the Invisalign specialist. Let me tell you this... basically I learnt a lot about my teeth and for someone who didn't want Invisalign he explained it so well I'm deciding to get this instead of braces. nThank you team at The New Ivory Dental Clinic

But! ud83dudc4cud83cudffbHe's not just a highly skilled doctor, he's got this brilliant personality and a caring vibe. nAnd let me tell you, the nurses are absolute angels. They somehow always know exactly how to make you feel comfortable, even during the tough procedures. And Sharlene at the front desk? She's the smiling superstar. nThis is absolutely the place to go. This team goes above and beyond in every way.

I had an emergency with my veneer nearly falling off on a Friday, and as a newcomer to Dubai, I didn't know where to go, especially when most of the clinics were closed. I found this clinic through Google, and they managed to get me an appointment the same day. I went during my lunch break, and the lady, I guess her name was Sharlene, made sure to accommodate my limited time and adjusted my appointment accordingly. The entire staff throughout was very communicative, ensuring I was well taken care of. Dr. Diana treated me and was fantastic--pleasant and warm. I returned for a cleaning and had another great experience with them. The staff is incredibly friendly. I have found my dentist and clinic! Thank you! ud83dude01
I can't say enough about Dr. Diana and the team at New Ivory Dental. I am grateful that she was recommended to me. I feel so comfortable because everything is incredibly professional and sanitary. Plus her knowledge and patience to explain the process step by step clearly, so you always know what she is doing and why, is exceptional. Answered all my questions and truly cares for my dental health. We only have one set of teeth so you have to put them in the best hands. In Dubai by far the best dental team.
