  We were particularly appreciative that Dr. Gomathy spends a lot of time with you. In a world where medical appointments can feel transactional, she dedicates the necessary time to explain complex information and build a relationship based on trust. nThe good part, she will not rush you to do the IVF procedure. Gives adequate time for us to understand our problem & decide the best protocol.. very rare to find such doctors. nWe felt seen, heard, and valued as patients. If you are looking for a doctor who combines top-tier medical knowledge with incredible human kindness for your fertility journey, look no further.

  The international team is awesome. The support I get before coming there is very meticulous. There was a quiet sense of care and respect. nWho says they are money minded? I got the best package here only.. all others have a lot of hidden charges.. nTruly speaking these people are not manipulative. They tell everything upfront. There is no hidden charges. nWe know what we are entering into. If you want to clarify, book a consultation & get it clarified, before you decide the package.. nI got treatment from Dr Gomathy and got good results

  I want to sincerely thank the entire team at NEW HOPE IVF for their support and professionalism throughout my IVF journey. From the first consultation to the embryo transfer, I felt well-informed and genuinely cared for. Dr. Mohamed Osama Taha was always attentive, answered my questions thoroughly, and helped ease my anxiety during each step of the process. And also Dr. Maria Aristondo for her presence, help and support (one call away) ❤️nnThe nursing staffs and coordinators were also incredibly kind and efficient, making sure all procedures and medications were clearly explained and scheduled. I especially appreciated the clinic's transparency and the way they handled the emotional side of IVF it never felt rushed, and I always felt like more than just a patient. nAlthough this journey has had its challenges, I'm grateful for the compassionate and skilled care I received.
