I have been a loyal customer of Nesto Hypermarket Al Tallah since moving from Dubai to Ajman in 2020. As a resident of Al Mowaihat 1, I used to shop there once or twice every week. However, my recent experience on March 23, 2025, was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. nDuring my visit, my family and I went to the first floor to purchase bedsheets. We picked up one that was already in an open condition and simply checked its material--without unfolding it. Suddenly, a staff member approached us and accused us of opening the bedsheet. I politely explained that it was already open when we found it, but instead of listening, he called me a liar and insisted that I had secretly opened it. nI firmly denied this false accusation and asked him to check the CCTV footage. I even stated that if the footage showed us opening the bedsheet, we would purchase it. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, they reviewed the footage, which clearly showed that I was only holding and inspecting the fabric--without opening the packaging. Yet, despite this evidence, they still insisted on their baseless claim. nThis incident was not about the bedsheet itself--it was about the way we were treated. The rude and accusatory behavior of the staff, without proper proof, was not only embarrassing but also highly unprofessional. Being falsely blamed for something we didn't do, in front of my family, was humiliating. nDue to this disrespectful and unacceptable experience, I have decided to discontinue shopping at Nesto Al Tallah after five years of loyalty. They may have won this argument, but they have lost a loyal customer.

Pretty good mall that sells mostly groceries. They do have a clothing and electronics sections but they were disappointing due to the lack of good products and pricing. The pricing on groceries isn't great either and that's why I am giving it 3 stars. It could be much better considering how many other grocery shopping centers are within a 5 mile radius.
